RETURNS ARE EASY AND FLEXIBLE!

Buying from Boutique Prestige is risk-free: if the item is not suitable, you can easily get a refund or an exchange.

Online shopping

Full refund to original payment method within 15 days of receipt.

Returns accepted in store or by mail.

Items must be new, unworn, and in their original box.

Returns by mail at customer's expense (we can provide a return label with a $15 deduction).

Initial shipping costs are non-refundable.

In-store purchases

Exchange or store credit within 10 days.

Items must be new, unworn, and in their original box.

Do you offer free delivery?

We regularly offer free delivery during promotions or above a certain purchase amount.

What should I do if my item has a defect?

If an item has a manufacturing defect, contact us with your proof of purchase and photos. If the defect is confirmed, we will provide a prepaid return label and offer a replacement or a refund. Please note that the manufacturer's warranty is 6 months from the date of purchase.
