DELIVERY OPTIONS

Standard delivery: 5-7 business days from invoice date

Expedited Shipping: 3-4 business days from invoice date (Available only if you pay for shipping.)

Orders are delivered primarily through Canada Post and UPS.
In certain circumstances, delivery of orders can also be made through courier and delivery companies recognized in Canada (for example: Fedex, etc.).

All orders are delivered according to the option you have chosen and to the address indicated, which must be accurate.

In store and by post

ONLINE

You have 15 days from the delivery date to make a return for a refund.
Sale items are neither exchangeable nor refundable.

The merchandise must be in new condition.

Once we receive and inspect the return, the refund will be issued, less the delivery charges paid for the original shipping (if applicable).

IN SHOP

You have 10 days from the date of purchase to make a return.
NO REFUNDS.
EXCHANGE OR CREDIT NOTE ON REGULAR PRICE ITEMS.

The above policy (store) also applies to purchases made online but collected in store.
