Buying from Boutique Prestige is risk-free: if the item is not suitable, you can easily get a refund or an exchange.

Online shopping

• Full refund to the original payment method within 15 days of receipt
• Returns accepted in store or by mail
• Items must be new, unworn, and in their original box.
• Returns by mail at the customer's expense (we can provide a return label with a $15 deduction)
• Initial shipping costs are non-refundable.

In-store purchases

• Exchange or store credit within 10 days
• Items must be new, unworn, and in their original box.
