Return policy

ONLINE:

You have 15 days from the delivery date to make a return for a refund.

The merchandise must be in new condition.

Once we have received and inspected the return, a refund will be issued, less the shipping costs paid by you (if applicable) when ordering.

SPECIAL ORDERS:

Some of our suppliers ship online-only items directly to your door.

  • Any special order is not eligible for return for exchange or refund.

IN STORE:

You have 10 days from the date of purchase to exchange.

NO REFUNDS ON PURCHASES MADE IN STORE.
EXCHANGE OR CREDIT NOTE ONLY.

The in-store return policy also applies to purchases made online but picked up in-store.
