Return policy

For online and in-store purchases, Boutique Prestige has a generous 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after purchasing your item to request a return.

PLEASE NOTE: NO REFUNDS (ONLINE AND IN-STORE).

This no-refund policy matches our in-store return policy, in an effort to respect how our customers have shopped with us over the decades. This also allows us to give you a full 30 days to make your decision whether or not to keep an item, rather than the rushed, shorter time frame often associated with refunds.

ONLINE PURCHASES ARE ELIGIBLE FOR CREDIT VIA OUR WEBSITE OR IN-STORE CREDIT OR EXCHANGE.

To return an item purchased online in store, simply visit our store located at 459 avenue Victoria in Saint-Lambert.
Bring a copy of the receipt for your online order and the items involved. All criteria for an acceptable return still apply. You will be eligible to receive store credit or store exchange.

RETURNS OF ITEMS PURCHASED ONLINE:

1. To make a return online via shipping and receive an online store credit, please contact us info@boutiqueprestige.ca

If your return request is approved, we will email you a return authorization.

2. Items returned to us without first requesting a return and receiving authorization will not be accepted.

3. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.

4. You will receive an email informing you whether or not your online store credit is approved as soon as possible. If your request is approved, you will receive an email confirmation.

Once we receive the item, after inspection, we will send you a code (for the value of your purchase) which will serve as your credit note. You can apply this code as you wish during your next online purchase.

Please note that returns are at your expense. Boutique Prestige is not responsible for shipping costs.

Although Boutique Prestige strives to provide a smooth returns process, we reserve the right to reject a return for any reason, including, but not limited to, if an item is returned without following the process return, if an item arrives worn, used or damaged condition, etc.


Boutique Prestige is not responsible for any loss or damage to items during shipping. If we receive a non-returnable/non-acceptable item and you subsequently choose to keep the item, Boutique Prestige is not responsible for any subsequent shipping costs.
