How it works
Choose your models
Select up to 6 pairs from our At-home Fitting collection. Two sizes of the same model count as two pairs.
Request your fitting
Let us know your area, your availability, and whether you prefer to try them on alone or with our advice. We will contact you to arrange the appointment.
Try them at home
We bring your selection to you. You can try them on alone for about 15 minutes while we stay nearby, or choose to be accompanied during the fitting.
Choose what suits you
At the end of the fitting, you only purchase the pairs you wish to keep. Payment is made directly on site. We take the other pairs back with us. No obligation to buy.
Do you prefer to try them on alone or with guidance?
It's your choice.
Independently
We hand over your selection and leave you about 15 minutes to try them on quietly at home, without staying by your side.
We remain nearby during this time. If you need a few extra minutes, just let us know.
When you are finished, you keep only the models you wish to purchase and we take back the others.
With our advice
Do you want the same support you would get in the boutique? We accompany you during the fitting to advise you on size, fit, and adjustment.
Do you wear orthotics? We can help you compare models and check their fit with your orthotics.
Once your choice is made, you pay for your purchase on site and we leave with the other pairs.

To keep the service free, appointments may be grouped by area according to demand and our availability.
